Privacy Notice

Who we are
BiggER House Craft Fair, 221 Victory Drive, Franklin, NH 03235, info@biggerhousecraftfair.com.
What we collect
- From you: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, your reminder choices (email, postal mail, text messages), and the date and time of each entry.
- From paper slips: the same details. Paper slips are photographed and read by an AI transcription service, then checked and corrected by our staff.
- Automatically: your IP address and browser type, used to block spam and to record your consent.
Why we use it
- To run the drawing, check eligibility, and contact the winner.
- To send reminders about future BiggER House Craft Fairs by email and postal mail, when you agreed.
- To send text reminders, only if you checked the text message box.
- To keep a record of your choices and opt-outs.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers listed below, and they may use it only to provide their service to us. We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
Our service providers:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database (data is encrypted at rest and in transit), and spam protection (Turnstile). Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may also use these technical signals to improve its bot detection, as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
- Anthropic: reads photos of paper entry slips to transcribe them.
- Google: address suggestions through Google Maps Platform. Text you type into the street address field is sent to Google to suggest addresses; Google receives your search terms and IP address under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/).
- Our email, text message, and mailing service providers: only to send reminders you agreed to.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
At the drawing
The drawing wheel shows each entrant's first name and last initial. We announce only the winner's first name, last initial, and town.

- Texts: reply STOP to any text, or visit drawing.biggerhousecraftfair.com/optout and enter your phone number or email address.

To see, correct, or delete your information, email info@biggerhousecraftfair.com.
How long we keep it
We keep entry information from year to year so we can invite you to future fairs, until you ask us to delete it. When you ask, we delete your details and entries but keep a minimal record of your consent and opt-out choices (the email address or phone number, the dates, and the wording you agreed to) for at least 5 years after our last message to you, so we can honor your choices and show what you agreed to. We keep winner records as long as tax law requires. Backup copies are deleted on a rolling schedule; deleted information leaves our backups within 13 months.
Children
The drawing is only for people 18 and older. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we delete all of it. Backup copies age out within 13 months, and we never restore one without deleting that information again.
Do Not Track
This site does not track you across other websites and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not change how the site works in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Cloudflare and Google may process technical information as described in their own policies.
Security
Only a few fair organizers can see the entry list, and they must sign in to see it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date.
