BiggER House Craft Fair Free Prize Drawing: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FAIR ADMISSION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This is a free drawing, not a raffle. No tickets are sold.

1. Sponsor. BiggER House Craft Fair, 221 Victory Drive, Franklin, NH 03235, info@biggerhousecraftfair.com ("Sponsor", "we", "us").
2. Who can enter. You must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia when you enter, and able to pick up the prize in person in Franklin, NH (see Winner notification and claim). Void where prohibited.
3. When to enter. Entries must be received between 12:00 PM on October 23, 2026 and 6:00 PM on October 25, 2026 Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The fair runs October 23 to 25, 2026 (12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on October 23, and 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on October 24 and 25) at 221 Victory Drive, Franklin, NH 03235.
4. How to enter (free ways, same chance).

   Online: scan the QR code at the fair or go to drawing.biggerhousecraftfair.com, fill in the form, and submit. You do not need to attend the fair to enter online.

   Paper: fill out a paper entry slip at the BiggER House Craft Fair table during the fair.

   The online form asks you to agree to receive email and postal mail reminders. If you do not want reminders, enter by paper slip at the fair instead. Paper entries made under these rules are not added to our reminder lists unless you check the reminder boxes on the slip or ask us.

5. One chance per entrant. All entries with the same email address (not case sensitive) count as one entrant, however many times or ways they enter. A paper entry without an email address counts as its own entrant unless we match it to an existing entrant by name, address, or phone number. Extra entries are recorded but do not add chances. Entries made by script, bot, or other automated means, or with false information, are void.
6. How the winner is picked. On October 25, 2026, shortly after the Entry Period closes, we will pick 1 winner at random from all eligible entrants, with one chance per entrant no matter how many times they entered. A computer random-number generator makes the pick. The spinning wheel shown at the drawing displays each entrant's first name and last initial and that result, and does not change it. You do not need to be present to win.
7. Prize. One prize: a gift basket of items donated by fair vendors. Approximate retail value: $250. Total value of all prizes: $250. No cash in place of the prize and no transfer, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner notification and claim. We will contact the winner by email and phone within 1 day after the drawing. The winner must reply within 24 hours. We may ask the winner to sign a statement confirming eligibility. The prize must be picked up in person at 221 Victory Drive, Franklin, NH 03235, at a time we arrange with the winner, within 10 days after we notify the winner. We do not ship or deliver the prize. If we cannot reach the winner, the winner does not reply in time, the winner does not pick up the prize in time, or the winner is not eligible, the prize is forfeited and we may pick an alternate winner at random.
9. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. If the total value of prizes you receive from us in a calendar year is $2,000 or more (the 2026 IRS threshold, adjusted for inflation after 2026), you must give us a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize, and we will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC.
10. Publicity. We will announce the winner's first name, last initial, and town only if the winner signs a publicity release. Signing is not required to receive the prize.
11. Your information. We use entry information as described in our Privacy Notice at drawing.biggerhousecraftfair.com/privacy.
12. Google Maps. This site includes Google Maps features and content. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
13. General terms. By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the drawing cannot run as planned because of something outside our control, we may modify or cancel the drawing and pick the winner from eligible entries received before the problem. To the extent the law allows, the winner releases Sponsor from claims arising from the prize or the drawing. New Hampshire law governs these rules.
14. Winner's name. For the winner's name, email info@biggerhousecraftfair.com or mail a request to 221 Victory Drive, Franklin, NH 03235 within 60 days after the drawing.
